Wellfleet Steel Works does structural and finish work for architects and custom builders, as well as boat-building and gear fabrication for the fishing and aquaculture industries. Working mainly in steel, stainless steel and aluminum, Wellfleet Steel Works offers waterjet cutting, metalwork and design, custom milling, stick, mig and tig welding, metal finishing and crane service.

Matt McPartland started Wellfleet Steel Works in 1986. He began welding steel for commercial fishing boats while he was an offshore fisherman. Since then, he has been one of Cape Cod's premier metal fabricators.
